Both work. Sessions can be in person in the Salem and Keizer area, or over the phone if that’s easier for you. Many people start with a phone call and decide from there.

Yes, absolutely. Many of my sessions are booked by adult children for their parents or grandparents. They can book on your behalf, or gift a 3-Pack, or just share my phone number with you. Whatever feels most comfortable.
